Peelers or Rotors, with tires

I am need of new tires and would like to upgrade to peelers or rotors in the process as well. Like the title says, I prefer wheels WITH tires with a decent amount of life left, however for the right price/condition I am willing to pick up individually. Preferably in SoCal, but willing to pay for reasonable shipping (I figure east coast would be too expensive to make sense).

I am posting here because I have been looking at local classifieds and haven't seen any matches thus far. Feel free to PM me should you have either style.
