USP's HFC is only $280 and their cat-less test pipe is only $140.

USP's full downpipe (including cat section and downpipe) is only $650 w/ HFC and only $510 w/o the HFC (test pipe).

That's pretty much the lowest price on a solid, name brand piece. USP are enthusiasts that track their cars.
