Same here. Not a bad idea to replace them if you're already in there, but don't expect anything noticeable if that the only change.

I added them when I switched from Koni Yellow dampers to Bilstein B8 dampers. The car would crash over larger bumps badly in the front beforehand and after it soaks them up like stock. I don't know how much to attribute to the damper change but the car felt loose and cheap before and nice and tight after.

034 front upper strut mounts - review ?

034 reccomeneded to install these when installing my kw h.a.s since your removing the struts already. I believe the idea is when installing springs/coilovers you install these instead of putting the weak factory ones back in. With that being said I wouldn't have noticed if these were installed or not but I'm sure it's a good idea for the long run to have them. The factory ones are super weak in comparison, dude showed me both

I was told, I need to re-do an alignement since the coilover has to be removed to install these mount. I regret not doing it when I did my coilover install tho, but i genuinely didn't knew about these mount lol

Nothing in your alignment should change from removing and re-installing the coilover.

I had them installed recently with my B8 set up and like others have stated I wouldn't really know the difference if I hadn't put them in. I only had 14k on the stock ones also so i'm not sure how worn they were.

I also used them when I did my suspension install as 14S4GWM suggested. I could easily bend the OEM mounts by hand, but could barely deform the 034 ones if that tells you anything.
