A5/S5/RS5 Adpatable Version E-Codes Headlights

Up for sale is a set of A5/S5/RS5 Adaptable version E-Code Headlights. These lights were purchased brand new. I had my local detailer install Xpel on the headlights prior to install on the vehicle. The lights probably spent about 15k miles on the car. There is some light scuffing on the Xpel from when they were installed. I tried to provide pictures. The scuffing is not deep enough to have damaged the light lenses. The care, and therefore headlights, have been garaged 95% of their life. Selling because I am selling the RS5 :-(

Not sure what these are worth secondhand, so let's start at $1000 shipped. Please let me know if you have any questions!

UPDATE: Based on numerous requests, I removed the Xpel to make sure that the lenses have not been damaged. As expected, the lenses are free and clear of any blemishes, scratches, or general imperfections. I have attached pictures later in this thread.

They will only fit 2013-2016 B8.5 not 2008-2012 B8.

Quick question, my lights are adaptive when I turn my steering there's another Amber light that shines left or right depending on where I steer, will that be the case with these ?

The fog lights can be coded to come on individually when the turn signal for that side is in use.
There's a very small amber bulb directly beside the headlight bulb on ecodes used for over night parking purposes.
Ecodes don't have the amber corner markers like the North American ones do. There's no bulb there but only a clear reflector.

I know theres some s5's/s4's that come with the amber lights which you describe right beside the headlight, that turn on when turning, even though they have amber reflectors. my s5 also comes equipped with that ( not talking about the fog lights which can be coded when turning ) , id be interested in the set of ecodes too if it provides the same features.

Really? Very interesting. I didn't know this and I guess I never would unless I had someone outside watch the car do this while it's moving. I assume it's related to speed? IE: While stationary, that extra amber bulb doesn't illuminate?
The ecodes use that same extra amber bulb as an overnight parking light. Or supposed to in a euro application. The engine off, key is out, car is closed and the turn signal stalk is selected for either parking light bulb/direction.

I have (pre-facelift) Ecodes (euro spec) headlights to install soon so I'll have to take a closer look at those to see what's what.

haha, maybe you do have the amber bulb and all it is a simple code to turn it on. Thats why im still waiting to find the right set of ecodes for the car, don't want to disable a feature i already have. interested to see what it might be too, goodluck.
