2008 Q7 crash / rebuild

Hi, I have a 2008 Q7 4.2 that was in a crash a week ago. Front left quarter is damaged. I'll need to replace the hood, quarter panel, bumper cover, grille, headlight, etc. Can anyone tell me if the 2010 and up parts will fit on my car? They are cheaper and easier to get so I'd like to be able to put the newer stuff on.
Also, if anyone can give me a ballpark number for auction price I'd appreciate it since I assume it will be a total loss but I want to keep it and fix it myself. Just looking for a good number from the insurance company for auction value, it's been a long time since I've been to one. The car has about 115k miles. Thanks.

Looks like I'm going to keep it and repair it myself, so if anyone has any left front parts or has put 2010+ parts on an '08 please let me know.

2010 is the "facelift" year for the early Q7's and I do believe the parts will fit.
