    i contemplated calling the dealer about that. you might be able to get them to sell you the car as is. then do "smog" on your own. i saw it a few weeks ago on car gurus.

    selling a car in Cali but cant sell to a person living in Cali? If it cant be sold to someone in Cali a person in NY couldn't buy it either. NY is now up there with Cali as far as emissions goes
