    Brakes not staying bedded

Got the stoptech big brake kit, had rotor rings made at a race fabrication shop to the stoptech measurements currently matched with hawk hps pads. I can bed in the brakes but about 15min later they loose their bite and wheel shakes under braking. Do some high speed heavy braking and they are smooth and bite good again until they cool off. Is this a sign of needing a more aggressive pad for the rotor or am i having another issue? Use is mostly street some track days, I'm thinking of trying some race pads but midwest winter is coming not sure if that is the best option.

wheel vibrations under braking has always been a warped rotor on my cars.

I don't think warped rotors if i redo the bedding process the brakes are fine then the vibrating comes back after some regular driving and braking. I'm thinking a deposit issue from bad pad/rotor matchup, just not sure which direction to go with the pads now.
