Haven't seen that one. There is another guy who made the whole bumper out of CF.. he said he is working on a diffuser as well.. more interested in that. But would love to see more pics of this one as well.

The rear diffuser on the RS4 is actually a part of the bumper (it's all one piece). It's not like the B8 S4 where the diffuser can be removed from the bumper.

I've been wanting a CF 'skin' that goes over the oem diffuser for a while (7-8 yrs). Not going to settle on 3m DiNOC vinyl.

That's the diffuser a guy from Europe with his white gutted built for track RS4 runs on his car and he mentioned he will be producing them or something like that. He has a thread here somewhere, I gotta dig it up.

Might want to ask him about it. I tried to reach out on FB when I first stumbled upon his built before he even started his thread here and got nothing but crickets. Maybe you'll have better luck.

The OEM rear is perfect...i've been meaning to get the diffuser wrapped in dry carbon for years to match my front lip...might pull the trigger this spring. All the other ones that stick out past the bumper line are terrible unless its a DTM car

Agree with everyone that RS4 does not need any body help. I just wish there is a trunk spoiler similar with B8 to make it look a bit longer.

I have sent a rear Bumper to Dubai to be used for a custom rear diffuser to be made and maybe something like the red RS4 pic, also sent over a Cupra R front splitter and mirrors to have some carbon bits made so hopefully something by the end of Jan to post up.

Why cant anyone make a plain cf skin to go over the OEM diffuser and retain the OEM look? If I wanted an Evo, I would have bought one. These 'finned' diffusers just look too busy on these cars, imo.

Thats exactly what happened. I worked closely with those guys to come up with a design and we had a group email going but they needed 10 orders to make the kit and it never happened. There was a matching front lip as well. Shame it never happened.

Nope

Nick/Driving Passion's diffuser is a different design that requires some cutting of the bumper (as I requested, so the fins can be deeper). It's yet to be fitted to a customer car - hoping that changes very very soon

I want to see the driving passion one on a car, but I think I'm with @zachf88 on this.. they are a bit much, and cars are just so damn well designed from the factory, I hate to mess with it. Still following though.. I'm cautiously intrigued

That gap on the bottom is kinda uneven. I think they are just coming up with the design. Id rather keep the body OEM keep the standards high

Thank you. You don't need to touch the actual bumper, though, just the unfinished matt plastic 'valance' box section that hangs beneath (to largely replace it with lightweight glossy real carbon fibre).
The design is integral so that the original outline is retained - the part doesn't protrude further downward or rearward than the OEM design - to help make it look like it left the factory that way.

If you're worried about cutting your bumper, there are lots of B7 RS4 Avant / Sedan rear bumpers on eBay. I bought a couple - $390 for both.
