What else needed for S-Line A4 B6 steering wheel to work as multi function?

Hi Audi friends and specs.
Does anybody knows what is needed for my Audi A4 B6 steering wheel with (+-) knobs to make it work on my car if my mean time steering wheel is without those multi-function buttons?

This is what I have now



And this one I want to upgrade



So would you be so kind and tell me step buy step with part numbers and so (as usual) what modifications I need to do to make it work.

This is for gear shift not for radio :)))
I just found one threat from year 2009 and understood that somebody already did this stupid mistake before me..Jesus!
