Looking for someone in the Columbia area that can do a timing chain on a B7 S4 I can wrench but don't have the special tools needed or a shop that wont break the bank

Eurowise should be a about a hour and a half away from Columbia, they're in Charlotte
See what they would charge for that if you haven't already, they do good work.

I would say bring it to my shop but I'm in snellville, ga. It's a lot further

I'm familiar with Snellville GA. I use to live in Augusta and I don't think it's outside the realm of possibility to have you look at it. Just need to find the time.
