    Weird intermittent transmission noise

I own a 2010 S4 DSG Prestige. Loved the car for over a year now but started to hear a weird intermittent noise just before up shifts and downshifts when driving the car easy. Sounds like a light grind/crunch noise like a bad actuator-no codes or shifting poblems but just that noise--seems worse when cold--hope nothing serious!!! I have a schwaben scan tool from ECS tuning and no codes are present. This sound familiar to anyone? Thanks!!

I've read a bunch of people complain of grind noises and mechatronic unit failures but this seems different due to no codes and zero drivability issues
