F21 for K03?

Im looking to trade a working longitudinal F21 Frankenturbo for a working K03 if anyone is interested. I have the turbo, some 630cc injectors, a 3" MAF housing, and a Kinda beat up TIP.

I am also interested in the following.

1. Stock Downpipe
2. Stock Exhuast
3. Stock Side Mount
