Know this shop? Rick Cagnina - VW - Audi Tech. I appreciate the card, I am looking for an independent shop but is anyone here familiar with them?

yourdaddy on here. I have had experience with him and he was always straightforward and helpful. I've had a pretty decent amount of work done there on the RS including carbon clean, lots of regular maintenance, swapped a lot of drivetrain mounts etc. for me as well. Had a bit of an issue with a JHM tune but I believe it was out of Rick's control and he did everything to make it right.

Rick is mounting/balancing my winter setup on Wednesday.

He re-balanced my S4's winter setup last year, and showed me an issue with my suspension while the car was still up on the lift

Rick knows his stuff and he has worked on my wifes VW Tiguan, Toureg and my S4 for years. Quality work and has saved my ass when the dealer has messed my car up.
