I have a little bit of time left to try to get this oil consumption fix. My car is TD1'd so I'm trying to source an ECU quickly that isn't going to cost me an arm and a leg. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you say so, but in the context of the oil consumption issue, you're still f'd as it's on the car's history. No way AoA would approve it but I'd be happy to be proven wrong.
