    Shorted Amp or Bad Sub/Speakers?

I have a P+ 2011 w/ B&O so I should have rear deck speakers and a pretty decent sub/bass. Sound started out nice when I first got it, but now the rear sound and bass is terrible. Even fading the sound 100% to the rear, most if not all of the sound and bass comes from the rear door speakers. I get almost nothing from the rear deck and even turning the bass up to max in the car settings pushes more bass from the door speakers than it does the sub. Just noticed the sub going in and out last week, when I was playing a particularly low-level song and the sub kicked in for the first time in a long time that I could even remember. I can't replicate it w that song anymore and can't force the sub or rear speakers on with any song/settings now. Rear windshield is tinted and was before I got the car, so would it more likely be water shorting out the B&O amp or just the speakers/sub going out?

If the window was tinted before you got it then water from the tint process is unlikely to be the culprit.

True but the speakers/sub could've been going in and out before buying (bc of the tint process) similar to how it was a few weeks ago. Is there a way to test if it's the app or speakers w/o actually buying replacements for either?

You could remove the speaker and hook it up to a home theater system to test it that way. As for the amp I would suspect there is a way to test with a voltmeter or something but the exact procedure is not something that I am familiar with
