2015 A5 music streaming

Hello, My friend has a 2015 A5 ( with out nav) and today she told me that she couldn't stream music via bluetooth. I was surprised, but now that I think about it more is there anyway she can? Like an after market plug or a coding feature of some sort to enable it?

For a non nav I don't believe you can without an added item. I use a tune2air that plugs in in place of the ipod to stream. It works with my android but doesn't show information but with my wife's iphone it shows play lists and such just not Pandora info and such

I had the same problem just annoys me how a 2015 car doesn't have Bluetooth streaming.

They do only if you pay for nav lol

I have a 2015 MMI with nav and can't get my music to stream of my phone (SONY Xperia Z3).....not sure the phone is compatible according to the manual. Anyone having any luck streaming music from SONY phones to their cars?

Did you enable the Bluetooth audio option in the bluetooth/phone settings menu?

I checked that and it only allows call audio and contact sharing with the MMI. Maybe I need to re-pare the phone and try again.

The wma3000a is for the audi ami connection, the older 1000 will use a factory ipod cable and plug in as if it were an ipod. I recommend the 3000a

so the 3000A she just plugs into her glove and then her music will pop up on the screen and stream? Or does she still have to plug her Iphone in?

All you have to do is plug the Tune2air onto the glove box ipod cable. Then connect the phone bluetooth to the the tune2air. Works like a charm for me.
