I have a 14 A4 with the sirius tuner. Was wondering if THis item

was compatible with the audi concert radio. I want a better sound. It says it is compatible with all sat radio tuners.

Your OEM option is probably going to be better than that. IIRC the lack of quality is from the transmission from Satellite to tuner. If you want clear quality, use your SD card with pre-loaded music.
