Q7 sensor in front bumper

Hi, I been shopping for Q7 and notice some models have this extra sensor in the middle of front bumper cover. I have no idea what it is and need your help in identifying what it does. I'm looking at tdi prestige models and some prestige models have it and some don't, is it front collision warning? What additional option on the car can this be?

Looks like a front camera. My Q7 has rear camera/sensors but only front sensors.
