Things I have on the list so far include
-034 Street Density Line Transmission Mount
-034 Street Density Line Motor Mount Kit
    -Rear Crankshaft Seal - With Flange & Gasket- https://www.ecstuning.com/b-assemble...78103171lwgkt/ , https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...ge/078103171l/
    -Rebuild steering rack
    -Samco silicon hose kit
-10 ft of 3.5mm vacuum line
    -034 spider hose kit
-New timing belt water pump etc.
    -Valve cover seals
Anything else I should replace while the motor is out, I'm doing my best to do some preventative care and not have to pull the motor again for a while.
I also cant decide if I should go with a genuine audi rear crankshaft seal or the one ecs tuning assembled

List of Stage 3 "gotcha" items to replace

I plan on doing a K04 turbo upgrade in the upcoming months. Currently, I am doing some planning and buying all the parts I need. I have been scouring different DIY's for any small items that I may need during the process that are not really covered in the DIY's and I think a consolidated list might help. Here is a high-level list of the things that will be done:

    Tasks at hand:
    - Engine removal/reinstall
    - Full Exhaust replacement
    - Clutch Replacement
    - K04 Turbo Installation

    List of required "gotchas" items:
    - 1 Gallon of G12 or G13 coolant and 1 Gallon of distilled water
    - Oil and oil filter
    - Power Steering fluid
    - DS and PS Axle Bolts
    - Oil Drain Plug Washer
    - Axle Gaskets
    - Axle Grease
    - Flywheel bolts (will most likely come with Clutch Kit)
    - Turbo Installation Kit
    --- Making sure it includes:
    ------ N 013 818 2, Oil Line Crush Washer (turbo), 12x16, Quantity 8
    ------ N 013 814 9, Coolant Line Crush Washer (turbo), 14.2x17.9x1.5, Quantity 8
    ------ N 013 814 4, Coolant Spacer Crush Washer (turbo), 14x18x2.5, Quantity 1
    ------ N 013 807 6, Charge Control Crush Washer (turbo), 8x11.5, Quantity 4

Optional items and list of their "gotchas"
    - Oil cooler gasket (good idea to replace this, the oil cooler will be removed if you don’t disconnect A/C lines to A/C pump)
    - Transmission fluid (if you are replacing transmission fluid)
    - Brake Fluid (if removing line from Clutch Master Slave on MT)
    - oil feed/return lines
    - new crush washers for the oil/coolant lines for
    - Throttle Body Boot
    - engine mounts
    - spider hose
    - timing belt
    --- New tension damper ("grenade")
    --- belt
    --- pulleys
    - Serp belt
    - Voltage regulator on your alternator
    - Aux water pump replacement, relocation, or bypass
    - inspect the intercooler hoses and rubber boots on the bi-pipe/turbo air inlet pipes and replace if they are cracked
    - Valve Cover Gaskets
--- Half moon gaskets under camshaft tensioner
    --- Camshaft tensioner gaskets
    --- Camshaft plug seals
    --- Valve cover gaskets
--- Sealant for cam plugs and half moons

Can anyone give any input on any other gotchas like one-time-use bolts, crush washers, nuts, o-rings, etc that need to be replace while you are in there? Im not really talking component wise. Just little crap that should be replaced. I will be using thing information to create a detailed stage 3 writeup.

    Thanks a bunch,
    Shawn
