Immobilizer Help

Hey guys so long story short. So I did the LCD repair on my cluster yesterday and hooked it back up. And went inside for 30 min. I came back out opened the door and I saw my cluster not coming alive. So I put the key in and I noticed the immobilizer sign and the battery sign on the dash. Anyway my car will crank but no start. It is the same key it's always been. Any ideas where to start?

I would do a autoscan with holding high beam + hazards on + brake pedal depressed and post it here . I can help out.
