Cam timing/position Vag com read out horror? Help explain

Hi I've only used vag com to check for fault codes. I do this once every week.
Today again and no faults besides a cd audio unimportant code.

But I decided to look at the measuring blocks and google them to see what they mean.

And the read outs on blocks 91-93 scare me
First of al why is it showing 40%+ load at idle? on other peoples posts it's always way lower as far as I can see.
Is this engine load? because on other measure bloCks like intake temp my engine load is way lower at idle

    And then the CF values
on block 93 it shows -1.0CF and -6.0CF

    this should be 0 right?

And what about the cf values on blocks 92 91 shouldnt they also be 0?

please help I know it has to do with the timing but these measuring blocks are new to me.

Car runs great, as said no fault codes. But this doesnt seem right

If you hover over the readouts the permitted values should show and you will know if you're in or out of spec
    >04' S4, Nitrous
    >01.5' S4 dps, tune
    >12' Q7 TDI S-Line Plus

Hi, can someone point me to a "what is it / how-to" on measuring blocks so I can educate myself - thanks!
