Best all weather tires for the 20" S6

I was thinking of swapping out the summer tires for all-weather if I keep the car. discounttiredirect.com is having a black friday sale now, so it might be a good time. I searched but didn't find any recent threads on this - what's a good all-weather tire? I know the Michelin Pilot Super Sport are good but are a little pricey $1k - $100 gift card/rebate. The Pirelli P Zero's are ~$60 cheaper for 4.

Yokohama Advan Sport, Yokohama S.drive, Nitto Invo & Nitto NT555 are coming out almost twice cheaper.

Contis better for snowy conditions; Michelins better in dry and warmer conditions.
    I have both.

I am running Conti DWS06 in 265/35/20. They are fine for like 95% of the driving you will do. Steering is not quite as sharp as the Michelin PSS, however.
Current Fleet: Porsche 718 Spyder * Audi S5 Sportback * Audi RS5 Sportback

Is $1,100 for 4 a fair price for the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 Plus (not counting installation)? Also, when are you guys replacing the stock tires typically? I still have some tread on mine @17k miles, but I'm leaning towards getting all-weather for this winter.

    What size?

I swapped to my winter setup last week, just before a few flurries flew Saturday...

My experience with summer tires is that they can be positively treacherous when the weather drops below about 45 degrees F, and if they're worn, that only exacerbates the issue...

FYI I just purchased a set of full winter tires for my S6 and will be selling my Continental DWS06's. Used for a few thousand miles, more than 80% tred left on all tires. I'll have pics and details posted on for sale section soon.

255/35/20s. All with 8/32-9/32 of tred remaining (new is 10/32). Looking for $400 plus shipping for the set, again I'll have an ad with pictures later this week. Out of town for Thanksgiving.

I'm getting a set of BF Goodrich G Force Comp-2 A/S installed soon. They run @$600 for a set of 4 plus installation and there's a $50 rebate if you get them before 11/27. Write ups look pretty strong all around on their performance in wet, dry, snow and cold weather. My original Pirellis have almost 25k miles on them and their summer tires so they're about done!

Hope you don't drive in snow with any regularity, mediocre at best. Same with pilot sport a/s 3. They are great 3 season tires but scary in the snow and ice. I've tried many and the only acceptable uhp a/s in snow I've used are the conti's. Most reviews agree. Got a stupid good deal on snow tires or I'd have mine on for another Colorado winter.

Do you have the big brakes? I am wondering how the 20s are with the sports brakes.

I am considering swapping my summer tires to the all-season or winter tires on the 2021 S6 I just picked up. Hard to NOT ruin low pros in NYC.
Does anyone suggest any good all-season tires? 255-35R21or should I just swap out the whole set for the winter season?

I am concerned the brakes won't clear if I get another set of 19" or 20" wheels and tires.

Just an FYI for everyone here, the dws06 and pilot Sport as3+ have both been replaced by the dws06+ and the pilot Sport as4 both offer better snow performance than their predecessors I haven't personally gone to try my as4s out yet but it's definitely going to be better than the as3+
