Does 17'' sport package wheels fits over b6 s4 calipers ?

I would like to know if some 17 sport package wheels will fit over my b6 s4 calipers.....

Did some research but can't find anything.....

Yep. I have them on my 2004 A4 3.0. I used B7 A4 calipers and S4 carriers. Rotors and pads are Brembo (345mm x 30mm).

They are not exactly the same wheels as mine though.
How do you like the braking with those calipers compared to the stock ones ?

Yes. I run those wheels with front and rear S4 brakes.

I ran S4 brakes on Sedan sport package 17" wheels with no issues. According to the Q5 Brembo thread, the Avant sport package wheel (Avus as pictured in the OP) are more big brake friendly. I know they share the same specs but the spoke design is different.

The Avus posted in the OP even clear the Q5 345mm Brembos.

This is true. I did have the stock B6 sport wheels on the car and I swapped them out for my stock A6 wheels. Both are the same size though. So you will be able to run the S4 brakes with the B6 sport wheels.

They're Avus. There's like 4 or more different Avus wheels

Vw 15" (they have two or more wheels called Avus)
S4 B5 17"
S4 B6 18"

FYI with B5 S4 fronts, B6 S4 wheels will not clear unless you use spacers or use worn pads. The B5 S4 calipers stick way out past the face of the rotor

what kind of spacer you have to run to get them to clear? I've got a set of B6 S4 wheels I want to run on my B5 S4

i ran 17" sport rims with s4 brakes, only problem i had was the wheel weights where in the way and got ripped off by the caliper. keep the wheel weight location in mind

It might not be a problem on the B5 chassis, but on the B6, B5 S4 calipers will not fit without spacers if using 18" B6 S4 wheels.

Issue is with caliper hitting spokes.

I don't remember what size spacer I used, I think it was only 5mm.

Those are the Avant factory 17" in wheels. They clear B6/B7 S4 brakes. I have B6 S4 brakes front and rear and run these wheels in the winter without spacers or anything.
