    Question S-Flo + 034 Inlet + AWE Touring + APR Stage 2+ = ???

Ok, so for you tuning guru's... I'm running APR Stage 2+ on my SQ with AWE S-Flo, 034 Inlet and AWE Touring exhaust. Since it started getting cooler outside and since I installed the exhaust (not sure if this would make any difference), I'm noticing my P3 gauge reading 15.8-16psi of boost. As far as I know APR Stage 2+ should only be pushing 14-14.5.

Wide open throttle in the upper RPMs, it almost feels like the car falls flat for a second and doesn't pull strong to redline. Is it possible the S-Flo and 034 inlet are flowing too much and causing overboots which the ECU is bleeding in the upper RPM's which is causing the car to lag? It's done it a few times now and it's frustrating when it's pulling strong then all of a sudden something feels like its holding the engine back before shifts.

Thanks in advance for any info, opinions and/or insight. :D

You'll need a VAGCOM to get your answer. Everything else is speculation which might lead you down the wrong path.

@colby7 is right about needing to log to really figure out what's going on. In particular, you should be logging to find out requested/actual boost, if the bypass is opening (like you speculated), and if you're getting timing pull.

That being said, as far as boost goes, you should be seeing more boost with the onset of cooler weather. I'm pretty sure I've read that 16+ psi is within the norm for a stage 2 car.

Cooler air to forced induction cars is like Albuterol for asthma lungs.
