    A6 2.7T six-speed clutch issues

Was driving back to school on Sunday and my everything with my car was perfectly fine for my 2.5 hour drive. Went for a drive later that night and the car would not shift into any gear. Found that it would go into first when you turned the car off from being running and started it in gear instead of neutral.

My car is now stuck in reverse and the clutch is already pressed in 3/4 of the way without touching it. Whenever I start the car it wants to get going in reverse and it doesn't stall.

What could this be? I should probably state that I've never had a clutch issue on this car and it's never given me an issue with the 151,000 miles on it. Help!

So you are unable to get the car out of reverse, even if you rock the car back and forth? Try getting the transmission into neutral and figure out if you have a leak at your slave cylinder. I would guess your slave either has a leak or is bad.

What Groucho said. The clutch pedal will fall to the floor if there isn't enough fluid in the system to hold pressure. Check your fluid levels at the reservoir. You might be able to fill it up and limp your ride to the nearest garage if needed.
