Latest model RNS-E that will fit a B7 A4?

Hi all, I have a 2006 B7 A4 with the basic cassette/cd/radio/XM head unit. I'd like to replace it with an RNS-E unit, anyone know what the latest model/model number will fit this car?

You will need to get an adapter for the harness.

The RNSE ending in 193 will fit our cars but you need to swap the faceplate with one off of an A4 b/c the 193 versions came on A3s and TT(s).

Thanks! Any suggestions where to get all three of those parts? Googling for it but no good results yet.
