    I know that your online store is open 24/7 but what are your holiday hours for if I need to talk to someone direct? I have found a few glitches on the website where shipping keeps changing depending on the combination of parts I have. Yet the items are marked "free shipping" and there will be a shipping charge. In some cases I can add those same items individually and no shipping charges. I really don't want to have to place a bunch of individual orders if possible as my CC company might think it is fraudulent activity and lock my card.
