Identify this part! (B8 A4 sedan)

Good morning everyone! New Audi owner here. I have had a very difficult time trying to identify this part. I've searched all over and looked on the online parts sites and it seems to not be identified. It is located in the lower rear part of the front fender liner, right at the front of the side panel. I need the drivers side for a 2009 A4 sedan. Any help with what the part is called and/or a part number would be great! Thanks!

Is it missing or just damaged? The part number should be stamped on the back if you are able to check. If replacing it, you will need the rivets also. I've removed mine to fix small rust spots and the rivets are destroyed when taking them out.
