    Boost Leak? Video.

    Sorry for the picture quality.

Boost gauge goes to 30psi. Gear changes are 3rd to 4th, 4th to 5th. Foot is to the floor all other times. All throttle fluctuation noise is symptom.

Cant for the life of me find any boost leaks other than: injector cups and back of compressor housing.

I will address those at some point, but this to me is a boost hose, sealing and un-sealing. Right?

I have pressure tested after the turbo up to 40 psi and got nothing. Almost died when my boost tester popped off at 45-50psi. All hoses/connections where cleaned and hair spray sealed, and sat overnight.

GTRS, Hi Flow mani, treadstone, all hoses are silicone, custom UM tune, 440's.

    Wastegate not holding?

Car has run with no problems with same setup for 130,xxx. (other than hiflow mani, and now aeb head). Spiking 25 holding 22psi.

The headgasket went at 251,xxx and I rebuilt/rodded the engine. Upped the fueling/timing, turned up the boost a bit, added aeb head and hi flow manifold. Now spiking 28 and holding nothing! Sometimes, if I ease into it, it will hold in 4th or 5th. Sometimes...

Aeb head added a minimum of 5-800 rpms more lag to spool :( Boo... will be going efr soon, but hate not fixing something before more changes.

    Thanks.
