What's the easiest way to test the n75? Do I need block two ports and apply air to the third??

There's mechanical function and electronic function.

Vag-com to log the electronic function. It looks at duty cycle

For mechanical function you remove the vacuum line from the N75 to the wastegate acuator you are basically disabling the wastegate actuator - the wastegate will never open. The boost will be higher as it is no longer being limited. If you go WOT you run the risk of overboosting and running lean or detonating.

If you remove the line and are able to achieve the correct amount of boost (while being careful not to over boost) then you may have a bad N75. If you remove the line and it runs the same then you have a wastegate problem, turbo problem, or a large boost leak.

    N75 valve test

Logging duty cycle will tell you how hard the n75 is trying to open the wastegate, no need to risk damaging your engine, although that method is probably more fun.

Can also log requested v actual boost.
