    Help! Alarm system gone mad.

So 4 days ago I notice my cars 4way hazard lights flashing from my living room window, no alarm just the lights.
This morning my alarm actually started chirping for no apparent reason at 8am. Anyone know what's going on here?

Check condition of your car's battery, many electronic issues are related to bsttery condition.

Open and close your hood and your trunk.
Once in a while I'll put something in the trunk then start driving and notice the warning on my dash that the trunk is still open (when it's not). I stop, open and shut the trunk and the warning goes away.
Also - if you have an original battery I'm sure it's ready to be replaced as mentioned above.

I agree. My 2011 was built in Sept 2010, and I'm sure I was living on borrowed time with the 6 year-old original battery. Just got a replacement recently and now have peace of mind going into the winter season.
