My A4 is noticeably loud, it sounds like a cheap raggedy car from how much it vibrates. I'm just wondering what it could be. Engine mounts seem to be just fine. Car shifts smooth and don't feel the engine moving around while driving. It vibrates alot on idle and gets worse on drive.

Take a photo of your engine mounts, even if they are a little bit squished, they may be shot. The snub mount may lead to vibration, but I think of it as a torque mount, to prevent the engine from lifting up under load. There is a bracket that goes on the oil pan, and the rubber OE mount goes on the end of that bracket. The mount goes into another bracket which sits on the front radiator support right below the radiator. If that bracket on the radiator support isn't centered, it may also lead to vibration.
Your video, no offense, doesn't help much. It sounds like a normal 2.0t FSI engine.
