    Regarding oil consumption

    Hey guys, my 2012 s4 has started to consume a lot of oil. 1 litre about every 2000km was wondering if this is covered by audi. Im out of warranty and live in Canada

    At this point it won't be covered by Audi unfortunately.

    Audi would tell you normal usage
    2015 S4, P+, Florett Silver,black /silver nappa leather, S-tronic ,sport diff,B&O ,tech package ,supercharged badges. All season tires ,cargo net, factory dip stick

    thanks guys, I think im going to try a different engine oil and see if that helps

    Try to open your oil cap when the engine is warm. If very hard then your pcv/crankcase breather is probably shot. It is allowing the oil to be sucked into the supercharger and burnt along with the blowby gasses. Just dealt with this issue.

    Try liqui moly 5w 40 synthoil. Switched to this after burning too much Mobil 1 0w40.
