Possible future Mk 3 TTS owner: some general questions

hey all

im securing a deal on a 2017 TTS ( mythos black, express red ) and if all works out, it will be in my possession soon!

I have some general questions as the MK 3 specific section does not provide me with the info I need:

- wheel and tire fitment: whats a good flush fitment? want a mild drop. black optics plus comes with 20 x 9. not sure of ET. want to secure spacers as well

- aftermarket parts: there doesn't seem to be many parts available specific to the mk 3. are there any shared parts that I can get from the MK 2?

There are exhaust systems and such available. Also most MBQ intakes for the S3 and Golf R will fit. Congrats BTW. I'll post my wheel spacers picture and intake in a minute.

I only see the miltek and supersprint exhaust as options for the mk3 so far. anything else you know of?

good to know about the s3 and golf r intakes. Im planning to go with the 034 one

for your spacer setup, which wheels are those with? do you happen to know the stock offsets?

I'm pretty sure the 20x9 w/ 255s is ET52

I don't know of any other exhausts. I already sell Milltek (Subaru market) so it's a great choice for me. Have an unresonated system on my S4 with valves. Pretty nice.

So the spacer sizes u recommended to get a flush fitment goes with the specs vanquisher posted above?

Awesome thanks. Ur tts looks awesome. Stealth wrap makes it look so mean! Love matte cars but after having a wrap i miss the glossness in paint lol

Trading it in. Love the car but its way too impractical to be my only car. Was a yolo moment purchase lol

Haha. I will have my Yolo moment one day. I've driven a 4.2 R8 on a track for a few laps. Would like an R8 V10 Plus to be the pinnacle of my achievements.
