Car Not Starting

So I did a carbon cleaning today and all went well. I repaired the injectors with new rings and such. Anyway car started it fine and took a quick 5 min drive. While on the way back I put a little gas on it to see the throttle response:) well all of the sudden hot air mixed with the smell of gasoline came into the cabin and my CEL came on. Pulled the car over and can't seem to find anything wrong. HELP!!!

Going out in left field here...I did the carbon cleaning about a year ago and after reinstalling manifold etc and starting the car I had a similar issue - my dumbass did not tighten the connection to the HPFP and fuel was spraying in the engine bay. A good reminder to always good to double check your work

I got it to start up but it idles so rough and the CEL came on and so i ran the codes and it says cylinder 3 misfire which os weird because the coli packs and spark plugs are still pretty new and when i rev it a little bit white smoke comes out of exhaust. Any thoughts?

If you smell fuel, you have a fuel leak. Make sure that its not leaking out of the fuel rail, or out of the area where injector number 3 sits.
