    URS4/6 and hauling kids around.

    Hey guys,

I've been mulling over getting a URS4/6 for a while but I've got two kids, and while this isn't going to be a designated kid carrier, it might be every once in a while. Currently, I've got a B6 S4 and it's got the kid bolsters. I know these were mandated in 2002, so the odds of them being in a car from a few years earlier is slim to none. I guess what I'm looking for is if anyone has retrofit the bolsters, or if they're hauling kids around in one currently and if just tucking the seatbelts through the baby seats is doing the job or not.

    Thanks.

Have had a pair of C4 Avants and it works marvelously at kid duty. Not only is the rear seat quite spacious and easy to buckle up the seats, but the materials are pretty robust so it puts up really well with the normal shoe scuffs and little hands. Both of mine are/were Avants so the rear facing 3rd row is a really big favorite too.
