TX 2006 A3 K04 DSG 77k miles!

I bought this car just last December with 61k miles. The car had the following:
H&R swaybars front and rear
H&R coilovers
4-pot APR/Brembo up front with Brembo pads
APR Intercooler
APR HPFP
APR cat-back exhaust (high flo cats)
APR Stage 2+ tune
Neuspeed Intake
Bi-xenon headlights with LED city light
RS3 front grille
Vortex lip, side skirt and rear valence
Pioneer multimedia system professionally installed

I change the oil every 3000-3500 miles with Motul 5w-40 and a Mann oil filter.
I have ALL receipts during my ownership. During my ownership I have replaced:
cam follower twice - $70
spark plugs (BKR7EIX) and new coil packs from audi - $150
air cabin filter - $20
fuel filter - $10
coolant flush twice
brembo brakes @64k - $400
rear brakes and rotors - $300
low pressure fuel sensor - $50
OEM valve cover - $400
OEM timing covers - $250
full timing belt service - $1400
OEM Diverter Valve - $65
OEM intake manifold - $700
MPSS tires - $900 with alignment

New Mods:
22PLE VX2 Pro glass coat - $400
Unitronic K04 kit with tune and DSG tune - $4000
Unitronic intake - $400
S3 injectors - $600
S3 shift knob and boot straight from germany - $200
Aluminum dead pedal from audi TT, gas and brake pedals from jetta - $150
Car comes with rear trailing arm bushings and RS3 front control arm bushings
B6 S4 seats installed with power hooked up - $500

I was planning to do a full suspension refresh, but it's time to go! KBB is probably around $8000, but keep in mind the maintenance that has been religiously done to this car as well as the ~$17,000 or so in mods!
I just bought a tacoma, and could really free up some cash to pay off student loans, and finish up my apartment. Willing to negotiate or make arrangements, please feel free to ask questions, or give me feedback for my ad!

Here's some interior ones. I'll snap an engine bay pic tomorrow, the ones that I have are before the Unitronic intake, new valve cover etc.
Yeah you can swap em if you want - I was planning on S3 front bumper/rear bumper, and trimming the side skirts. But other projects and student loans are more important now that I have a truck :/
She needs a good cleaning but I will detail soon as well :)
