    Saw online to remove the fuse to deactivate the soundaktor when installing a cat back..is that only for cars with ads or does it apply to all?

    You can turn it off with vcds too instead of pulling the fuse. You'll get some soft codes by pulling the fuse but nothing to worry about.

    I pulled it when putting a Stasis setup on. You'd be amazed how much sound that thing was pumping through the car.

    Yeah i just installed the cts catback and it drones like crazy trying to find a used set of awe resonated downpipes to see if that helps [dsg]

    If you haven't pulled the fuse, that could Be creating drone layered on top of the exhaust frequency. That's why AWE says pull it. It's really easy to do. Takes 2 Minutes
