LED light bar / Ultra lighting mods?

Looking for a light mod that will shine up these country back roads this winter. I've seen a couple rigs on youtube...nothing to get too stoked on. Any insight out there??

Ive done this mod with a LED light bar attached to the impact bar. Requires modifying the grille. It doesn't look straight but it is.

Do you lose any lite output being that its ed behind the mesh grill

Very very little as the grill is custom and very fine mesh. Works great. Ill try and post pics.

What if someone retrofitted the license plate portion into the grille to be the LED bar? Make it flush and tint the lens black to conceal them a little. Wish I could photoshop otherwise the idea in my head just sounds like gibberish.

Please do. Im with the fine mesh grill with the lite bar being on would cause lite loss more then coarse mesh allowing more area for better lite output. But it does
