Audi A4 B7 S Line - ripped my front bumper off!

    Hi guys,
So when i reversed out of a parking space, the parking block took my front bumper with it - it came off completely. I've Managed to pop the sides back into place (they didn't look broken and clicked properly back), but the plastic on top of the grill has snapped, (I live in Dubai, and the heat might have made it very brittle??).

I'm dreading the thought of having to replace the bumper, as I've been told it can be expensive! Could a new grill be an option? or any other suggestions you've got?

Also, I didn't realise when I clicked the side back in, a thick black tube is hanging from underneath..? is it a case of just popping that back in when I sort it out?

**Photos are in my gallery, haven't figured out how to include them yet**

Thanks guys - any help appreciated.

    Regards,

You can try some Plasti weld to see if that will work. If not, a new grille will be needed. It's not noticeable with the hood closed so I wouldn't worry about it.

    1) Wow thats a lot of sand in the engine bay
    2) Nice flips flops
    3) Fix it with JD Weld or something similar.
    4) There is a thread somewhere with good info.. cant find it right now. Wanna say I saw it just recently?

New bumper mate. I wouldn't waste time trying to fix that.

A whole new bumper? Would a new grille not do the job?

hah thanks - they're my wife's. Will JD weld hold up in the heat? Saw the post you're referring to, haven't seen anyone with the crack on the grille like mine. Thanks!
