Upgrading the B7 S4 Avant stereo system - need opinion/advice

Hello all. I recently picked up a 2006 Grey Audi S4 Avant as a second/project car. It has the Navigation Plus Bose system with 6 Disk changer in the glove box. From what I understand this is also the RNS-E system they adopted in 2004. The Bose system in this car amplifies the sound to each speaker. I would like to know people's experience with just upgrading the headunit and not replacing the stock speakers. I know there can be issues with sound levels and motor whine when trying to use some of the stock components.

Right now I'm planning on upgrading the Nav+ with a double din Pioneer 8100/8200-NEX. Looking at enfig I should be able to get adapters and wire harnesses that will allow me to use the stock stereo controls, stock GPS antenna, and stock Sirius antenna. The only thing that concerns me is running the Sirius antenna, everything should be pretty easy. Anyone have experience with enfig? Does it work as advertised? And how do Pioneers function in the Audi with the stock Bose components?

Thanks for any feedback and input you can provide.

Usually you get better sound when you upgrade. With our products there is no issues with the installation.

I already posted this in my radio thread but I'll post it here also for the sake of anyone searching.

Wiring harness - Connects to your cars original harness and terminates into Blaupunkt style connector. (We also have PNP adapters that convert the Blaupunkt style connector into radio specific connections)
http://enfigcarstereo.com/ENFIG_SRWH_AUD3_HILO.html Fixes low rear audio and does steering wheel controls with a SWCL.
    or
http://enfigcarstereo.com/ENFIG_SRWH_AUD3.html Is the same as above without the HILO box. This DOES NOT FIX audio issues but is cheaper.

Adds steering wheel controls to the boxes above.

Converts the Blaupunkt style connection into a connection specific to your radio.

Antenna adapter - This converts your 2 antenna connections into the universal connections most radios need.

This is out dash kit. It matches the factory dash pretty close to perfect. We do not have a cheap kit for this because they all look bad in our opinion.

This mic makes replaces the aftermarket mic for better sound goes in the factory location.

Keys to take out the radio.

To use factory Satellite antenna you must run the cable to the tuner in the trunk. You will still need to buy a new tuner this is just to use the antenna.

To use factory GPS antenna. All 2004-2008 radios have a connection in the rear right C pillar. Cars with the RNS-E radio have it behind the radio.

If car has GPS antenna on roof but not behind radio you will also need this extension.

Since you asked, they are great to deal with. Been really helpful to me in getting the things I needed to get my tablet running, always available on the phone if you run into any issues. You won't find a better matched dash kit than the one they provide, and the harnesses are all plug and play simple.

Pioneer 8200NEX is on order and should be here Tuesday. Need to order the stuff from Enfig tonight and hopefully with the holiday this week I'll have some time to get it all installed by this weekend. Hopefully everything goes well!

New radio is in! Only problem I'm having is not receiving FM stations well. It is working but I'm only able to get one or two FM stations. I am using the proper adapter from Enfig with the two antenna lead hookups. I hooked the blue wire from the adapter into the AMP Turn on coming from the radio. Not able to tune FM for the most part. Any suggestions? I'm going to double check the power lead and see if there is something going on there.
