I'm running B7 S4 front brakes on my 02 B6 and they have the same part numbers as the first two links you posted. So yes, they should be a direct fit.

The only thing you need is the caliper carriers, when I was switched over to ATE's on my 3.0 the carriers were different. Aside from that it was a direct swap.

    Yes, you'll need 345mm rotors from the B6/B7 S4.

Yes as I said, they are a direct fit. They bolt right up and it looks like the first two links include the caliper carrier. You will need new rotors of course.

Also keep in mind that they are much larger than stock, so if you're running 16 inch wheels they will no longer fit over the new calipers. I have 17 inch sport 5 spokes which fit but are very snug.

All of this has been discussed in detail here on the forums. Do a search and I'm sure you'll find any additional answers you're looking for. Good luck!

Basically you will purchase those, find some carriers and rotors and they will bolt right up. The carriers fit the stock bolt holes so they go right on, no need to change brake lines unless you are upgrading to SS and the rotor (size discussed above) fits the hub just fine and of course new pads for the calipers. Short answer they will fit but you need the carriers and rotors to complete it .

Thanks for the Help Folks, but when you say that you only need new rotors ( Will Fit both 345 or 347 mm I guess ) , that what i guess because the same part numbers , in either car parts search.

poormanrich you say that it needs rotors ( OK ) and carriers? Why carriers if they are the same part number also of the s4 Brakes that is a direct fit to the A4 B6 ?

    Thank+s
