I'm install spacers and three of them went on without a hitch. The fourth one refuses to sit flush. There's a weird lip on the hub.

Why are there no signs of where your wheel was sitting on the "weird"hub?!?! Did you grind it down or something?

I literally just did 15mm and 12.5mm spacers today. Never saw anything that clean.

Is it possible it's a different rotor?

That little bumped out area against the hub face is odd. I suppose the wheel chamfer allows clearance, but the spacer does not. Please let me know what you hear.

Will do. I'll be calling the dealer in the morning

Equally confused. Will be contacting the dealer tomorrow, otherwise I'll just order new rear rotors.

It looks like the remains of a spigot ring left behind after wheels or a spacer have been removed. Have you tried removing the brake rotor to see if it comes off? I ask this because there doesn't seem to be any gap between the rotor and hub which would also indicate something has been left behind on that hub lip and corroded it self on.

Remove all that gray paste from the rotor mating face and give it a good clean with some WD40 and a wire brush so you can see what's going on. If it is the remains of a spigot ring then it may pull off when you remove the rotor.

I will try that but the rotors were replaced after the car was returned to the dealership. No individual besides the dealership was in possession of the vehicle from the time the rotors and pads were replaced until I took delivery.
