034 adjustable control arms installation help

I just received my upper adjustable control arms from 034 motorsports! Excited to get rid of my tire wear issue.
Just curious how they go in. I don't want to screw anything up. They're labeled L R and other two are labeled L R but labeled in different spots. Can anyone show me a diagram?
Also I plan on installing them and then driving down the road to my VW dealer to line it up. Should I lock them down without locktite? And have the dealer locktite And install the dustboots?

    Thanks!

I don't know which control arms you have, but here is an image of the driver's side stock control arms. The straight one is closer to the front and the curved one is closer to the cabin (straight on left, curved on right). The passenger side will be the reverse of this (curved one on left, straight one on right). I wouldn't use locktite on any parts that are meant to be adjustable because they can seize up over time. It happened to my tie rods even without locktite. That's what the locknuts are for.

Found a better picture. The assembly on the left is the driver's side, the right one is the passenger side.

Here they are. Does it look like the ends are pointing in the right direction or should they be flipped. I think I should be able to figure out where they go just want to make sure because there's 4 different part numbers.

left is driver's side, right is passenger

the longer arm is the one in the front
the shorter arm is the rear one

compare with your actual control arms, you'll understand

Thanks jake I get that part but notice how they are pointing? I have a picture here and they seemed flipped the other way at the end.
