Help me decide! M580 vs Peelers

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I am torn and need opinions.

I have a sepang s4 and definitely want black wheels.

I was going to get my stock 19" peelers powder coated gloss black but came Accross a good deal on AG M580s.

These are going to be my summer set as I have a dedicated 18" winter set

    Thoughts?

For black wheels, I think the 580s look better than powder coated peelers.

I almost did the same. Idk if you care about performance on top of Aesthetics, but the TSW Bathurst are beautiful and weigh about 23lbs for the 20x10s. For comparison, the AG Wheels weigh 34 lbs a wheel in 20x10.
Just for comparison...also they're the same price or even cheaper at times.

The AG wheels I'm looking at are used, which is the reason I'm considering them instead of keeping the peelers.

the TSW wheels look great. If I were buying new, that it what I would get. The AG I'm looking at are local.

Peelers look good in silver and 19's. They don't look so good painted black in 19's though. If you had aftermarket 20's then I'd say go for it.
The M580 in a 19 will look better in black.

I will say this though - if you go black wheels you def have to lower the car. OE height with black wheels looks goofy if you ask me.

Depends on wheel width...would stick with 255 on Peelers...would go 265 on AG's assuming they are 9.5"

Silver on Blue and Black pops up the car more in my opinion.

So this is where I'm at.

My oem peelers have oem summer tires with 15k on them.

The m580s are silver with bridgestone all seasons (probably same mileage)
And the seller is asking 550.

I would have to get them powder coated black.

    What do I do?

you send me their info so i can buy them out from under you ;)

seriously, buy them and mount them on the car in silver. then have someone photoshop gray and black and see what you like. i'd bet the silver would look the best with the blue. i came to the realization that silver looked best on black after painting my peelers gray, and now back to silver. but $550 sounds like a hell of a deal
