Changed out my pcv valve

I changed out my pcv valve today with a vaico unit. Hope it helps slow my leaky valve covers.

I took the original apart to have a look. These things look so simple, what is failing in this picture?

Just change the VC gaskets...it's pretty simple.

I know but it's my DD right now until summer, plan on pulling them then and have them powder coated. There not leaking too bad.
