Decision/help needed

Went to the dealer yesterday and saw a 2014 CPO S6 Prestige. 20k miles 53.900. They are offering me 31k for my 2014 S4 with 54k miles. I have everything in my car including upgraded magma interior with carbon inlays. Packages are comparable. except of course S6 has a bigger engine with more potential, air ride adaptive suspension and all that good stuff plus added warranty till 100k. IS that difference in price and upgrade worth it? I have until friday morning to decide. Here is a link to the car i am looking at. Thanks

Update: Fixed the link.

Car is pretty nice as you van see. It has Bose not bang and olufsen though :(. THey still have it. I didnt go through with paying for it on friday. I think i need time to think. hopefully you guys can help to see if it makes sense. I Am not married or have a huge family to give rides too. I personally feel like i am getting older and growing out from a white S4 with red interior. Ride is bumpy here in Boston, so Air suspension is a big plus. I guess the biggest factor is how much money i am losing on this trade and will the S6 keep devaluing like the S4 did.

Have you driven it yet? If not, drive and decide. The trade seems fair. Not sure what your daily needs are, kids, commute etc. but the C7 platform is great. I traded my '13 RS5 for a '14 S7 and I have no regrets. I paid $63k in august. Loving this this car.

I got a (what I think) is a fairly decent deal on a used S6 - 2015 S6 with 9800 miles, no additional options outside of Prestige (no other trim models that year) for $55k before TTL.

I was trying to transact with her and she was playing around with me. Got my lip bitten and a case of b*** b****. So naturally the lack of transaction on her and resulted in a no transaction on mine. I do like my car. I would have flashed the S6 and lost warranties anyways. SO CPO wouldnt have made any difference for me.

Dealer dropped the price by 1k. Car is 52.900 now... Very tempting...I would probably pop in there at the end of the month to see if they could possibly budge more.
