I've checked the part numbers and like previously mentioned, the b7 s4 and rs4 racks are the same which are 14.5:1, as opposed to the stock a4 ratio of 16.3:1. I'm not sure where the 13.1:1 rack comes in but perhaps that was the b5 rs4 that had a 13.1:1, sources say ??, which I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be a direct fit as it was a different platform.
