    Upper oil pan torque specs

    Putting my upper pan on. Bentley says 45nm for the bolts for pan to block. Is this correct? Seems like a lot for small bolts

    Here are all the values. Only the oil pan to transmission bolts that are M10 are torqued to 45NM. The rest are M6 10NM and M8 20NM.

    Be careful...I did 45NM and Im pretty sure that I stripped two of them. It felt like they went about 25-27 ft lb...or 36nm before it felt like I was about to strip them.
