I have 225/40R18 et35 rims and tires. The ecs tuning set is for the S3 19" et 48 rims with 10mm front and 17mm rear. My front currently would be 3 mm further out then the esc tuning set and my back Wheels I would have to get a 5mm spacer to be close to it. Can I do 5mm front and 10mm rear? Or should I leave the front and do 5mm rear..... Confused as f***. I'm not lowered yet but come spring time I'll have b14s but I plan on doing the minimal height adjustment.

Too many factors determine fitment to get a yes or no. First thing should be height, determine how low you want to sit then measure how many mm you have to space out. Think of the fender from a top view. It's shaped like a semi circle. Now think of the wheel/tire as a line that has to fit inside that semi circle. As you go lower with the car thats more line or physical wheel you have have to try and fit within. Orrrr you could throw that all out & just run a poke fitment.

I guess I didn't think this out enough haha. I took measurements and I pretty sure I can do 5 mm. Hopefully some other folks with 18" wheels chime in with their set up. The aggressive wheel thread is mostly 19" and 20" wheels.

Anthony I can tell you about my car as I also have B14's. I am fender to ground ~25"
On my 18x9 et48 and 255/35 super sports I had zero rubbing period. I did a spacer test and it was my opinion I could space out to et42 with zero rubbing.
I switched to 18x9.5 et39 and still 255/35 and the front fit no rubbing but we rolled anyhow for looks and just to make sure under very aggressive driving. The back did not fit at all so the body shopped pulled the rears and did body and paint work.

Also you did not list your rim width in your initial post

To give you a better idea I'll post up my specs while on b14s at lowest height possible. Running 18x7.5 et50 porsche twists on 225/40r18 rubber. Hadbto run adapters/spacers that are 15mm allaround. Because of the spacers that et50 is essentially et35. I'd say in the front that's at my comfortable limit (Gotta think about taking corners hard, if you hit a bump with your wheels lock to one side there is justtt enough to keep your fenders safe. ) In the rear I could probably run another 5-10mm? Being 5 for sure and 10 is questionable.

My bad I forgot the other measurement, they're 18x8. Iny that's pretty much what I figured in my first post. The back I can probaly do 5mm and leave the front at et 35. Thanks I'll probaly stick to 5mm for the rear.

The front has a good bit more room on the outside than the back, and the back has more inside room than the front. If anything you would space the front only and still fit would also help decrease understeer if that is important to your goals.

I'm more about the look, I won't be taking it to the track or pushing it to the limits anyways. Do you know if there any negative effects having the back further out then the front?

More understeer but you may never notice if you never drive aggressively anyhow.

Thanks for the info. Maybe I'll just do 5mm front and back. I'm starting to think I need to have the coilovers on first. The plan was to stock up on parts during the winter then get them all on come spring time.....
